Life/Wellness coaching is a process in which a trained coach helps individuals identify their challenges, create specific attainable and realistic goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their wellness to improve their quality of life long term.


My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired wellness and/or weight loss outcomes.


Wellness and/or Weight loss coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, gain self-confidence,  create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.


Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.


The length of my  programs depends on the individual and their needs/goals. Some programs may last 3 months, while others may last a year or more.


The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their challenges and goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may only wish  meet bi-weekly or monthly.
